What personal data we collect and why we collect it

  • Parts you have searched for: We use this information to understand how our customers use the parts lookup functionality on our site, so we can make it better, and so we can make informed decisions regarding how much of various products we should keep in stock.

If you request a parts lookup login from us, we’ll ask you to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, and other account information. We’ll use this information to:

  • Process your orders or inquiries
  • Set up your account for our accounting and order fulfillment processes

Cookies

If you have an account and you log in to this site, we will set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies. This cookie contains no personal data and is discarded when you close your browser.

We use “cookies” to keep track of cart contents while you’re browsing our site. These cookies will last for 30 days.
